More About Your Role
As the Swimming Coordinator, you will manage the swim programme, schedule 1:1 lessons, coordinate school swim programmes and manage swim teachers. You will deliver a high level of customer service to all pool customers, manage the Swimming Instructors and empower them to motivate and instruct pupils, turning non‑swimmers into confident pool users and helping swimmers achieve their fitness goals.
More About You
The successful applicant will have previous management experience and a commercial background, ideally in swimming. You will be committed to ongoing Personal Development (attending at least two courses or workshops per year) and have a good working knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway. Above all, you will be passionate about swimming and creating active places and healthy people.
