Specification Manager – North London / Home Counties
Looking for a role where you can influence projects from concept to completion? We’re recruiting a Project Specification Manager to work at the heart of the construction and built-environment sector.
In this role, you’ll partner with architects, designers, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders to secure product specifications that turn into real commercial success. You’ll manage projects through the design and delivery stages, promote sustainability-led solutions, and play a key role in growing specification-driven revenue.
Package
Base salary up to £60,000
What you’ll be doing
- Building strong relationships with specifiers and influencers
- Securing and converting product specifications into value
- Promoting sustainability, product, and service advantages
- Managing opportunities and accounts through a CRM system
- Delivering CPDs and technical presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver shared goals
What do I need?
- Experience in specification-led or construction-related sales
- Understanding of the design and build process (RIBA stages)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a value-led sales approach
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
