Duty Manager

Duty Manager Shipley FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Permanent | Part time

Salary £28,039.77 pro rata per annum, 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club, including opening and closing the club during your shift.
• Prioritise Member Satisfaction, engage with members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site to cover Lifeguard breaks.

Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

‘Can do’ attitude and passion for excellent customer service.
