About the Role
We’re looking for a Student & Customer Services Officer to join our Enquiries and Admissions team. This is a great opportunity to play an important role in supporting students and customers across our Professional Qualifications range.
What You’ll Do
- First point of contact for enquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service.
- Support students throughout their learning journey and help ensure our processes run smoothly.
- Handle customer and student enquiries.
- Process registrations, SPS and membership renewals.
- Maintain accurate database records.
- Support students in all aspects of their learning.
- Help improve services and customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree-level education.
- Experience in the education or training sector.
Salary and Hours
Salary: £26,455.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
