Strategic Contracts Lead – Special Projects

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Special Projects team in Swindon. You will lead a project team, ensuring compliance with company procedures while handling contracts for new build and refurbishment projects.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager, strong communication skills, and the ability to build teams. A degree or equivalent, along with SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card, is required.
