Limelight Health is seeking an ITSM Platform Engineer within Barclaycard Payments to design and improve ITSM platform capabilities. You will build workflows, automation, and integrations crucial for risk-based change across engineering environments.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools and is skilled in designing and scaling workflows, integrating with CI/CD processes.
