Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of key HR technology workstreams, specifically across Benify (benefits platform) and ServiceNow (MyHR case management and knowledgebase).

This role will be responsible for ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and go-live activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Key Responsibilities

Benify (Benefits Platform)

  • Oversee validation of the Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring no material deviations from the agreed design
  • Develop and manage a clear, trackable delivery plan covering both Benify and internal activities
  • Ensure sprint cycles are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Prevent defects from carrying over between sprint cycles
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring:
  • Test scripts are prepared and executed
  • Results are tracked and documented (pass/fail)
  • Liaise with Benify to resolve UAT issues and ensure timely retesting
  • Ensure all system interfaces are fully tested (inbound and outbound), including providers such as BUPA and AXA
  • Oversee agreement and implementation of new rate cards
  • Coordinate the reopening of the benefits window, including employee communications (UK/MEA)
  • Ensure successful and timely go-live delivery

MyHR (ServiceNow – Case Management & Knowledgebase)

  • Agree and implement new system configurations with HR Services and key stakeholders
  • (Ideally) conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis to improve user adoption and experience
  • Lead the overhaul of the knowledgebase, using data insights to prioritise content improvements
  • Ensure queue routing is optimised for efficiency and user experience
  • Collaborate with TCS to replicate (“clone”) configurations into new environments

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering HR systems or digital transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (e.g. sprint planning, UAT cycles)
  • Experience with benefits platforms (e.g. Benify) and/or ServiceNow (HR modules)
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Experience working with third-party providers (e.g. BUPA, AXA) is advantageous
