Trade Sales and Service Apprentice

Apprenticeship Details

• Location: Hornsey Depot
• Salary: £16,686 plus team incentives
• Qualification: Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship
• Duration: 12–15 months (Level 2 Apprenticeship)
• Support: Maths & English support if needed, a dedicated mentor and supportive Depot Manager, staff discount, pension and paid holidays

Responsibilities

• Serve trade customers face‑to‑face and over the phone
• Build relationships and support sales
• Learn our product range (kitchens, joinery, materials)
• Support stock control and deliveries
• Develop confidence in a fast‑paced depot environment
