Full-time (Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00) Term time only

Start date: September 2026

St Margaret’s is seeking to appoint an engaging, dynamic and self‑motivated full‑time Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support department. The postholder will work with pupils both inside and outside the classroom, supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of learning needs in classroom and external settings.
• Run the library during breaks and lunchtimes.
• Support the work of the literacy co‑ordinator.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and reliable.
• Ability to engage, motivate and enthuse pupils in their learning.
• A recognised learning support qualification is desirable.
