The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Assist in delivering tailored interventions across KS3 and KS4.
- Help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.
- Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to support progress.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
