Opportunity: Teaching Assistants & Learning Support Workers
We are seeking qualified teachers, TA’s, LSA’s, mental health nurses, psychology graduates, social workers, residential carers, and similar professionals to support children aged 5-18 across South Birmingham and Solihull.
Requirements
- Experience in intervention, group or 1:1 support with pupils on EHCPs with ASC/SEMH.
- Available for 8:30-15:30 Monday-Friday, 195 days per academic year.
- For psychology graduates: experience in SEN.
- Registered mental health nurses: interested in school counselling, mental health support, welfare officer roles (8:00-16:00 Monday-Friday).
- Residential carers: looking for a Monday-Friday position with looked‑after children.
- Social workers: interested in decreasing case load, applying holistic and positive consequence therapies.
Pay
- Teaching Assistant: £92.59–£100 per day.
- Welfare Officer: £143.58–£159.21 per day.
- Qualified Teachers: ECT friendly, pay between M1–M6; ECTs welcome to apply.
