• Contract: Temp to Perm
• Shifts: Rotating shifts (6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm)

About the Role

Our Client is looking for a skilled and detail‑focused Grinder to join their production team. This role involves finishing metal components to a high standard, ensuring smooth surfaces and quality outcomes across a variety of products.

You will work on a rotating shift pattern and play a key role in maintaining production quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Grind and linish metal components to meet required specifications
• Operate hand tools and grinding machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards are met
• Remove imperfections and prepare surfaces for further processing
• Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment

About You

• Previous experience in grinding, linishing or metal finishing (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work with hand tools and machinery
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
• Good team player with a proactive approach
