Ops & Compliance Lead — Governance, Contracts & Offshore Ops

JSS is seeking an Operations & Compliance Lead to own the day-to-day operational engine of the business in London. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage contracts, compliance, and governance while ensuring service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment operations background, particularly with IR35 and compliance. You’ll work closely with both UK and offshore teams to ensure process efficiency and quality.
