You will work closely with experienced Account Managers and multiple internal teams, giving you a strong foundation in both the insurance market and technology driven client delivery. You will have the space to contribute ideas, improve how the team works, and develop your own path as the platform continues to grow.ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding projects for new clients, with opportunities to take ownership over timeTrack platform usage and adoption, identifying trends and insights for the teamPrepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support client discussionsMaintain accurate client data and documentation in CRM systemsCoordinate with Product, Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth deliveryMonitor account activity and highlight areas for internal review and improvementAssist with platform demonstrations and training sessionsSupport Account Managers in preparing for and, xohmjla where appropriate, joining client conversationsHelp improve internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions QualificationsExperience using CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeInterest in the insurance market, ideally within specialty or wholesale environmentsStrong organization skills and attention to detailClear communication skills, both written and verbalA proactive approach with the confidence to take initiativeCuriosity and willingness to learn in a fast paced environmentInterest in technology and digital transformation #LI-Hybrid…
