Job Description:

Pathfinder CofE Primary School, part of the Diocese of Ely Multi‑Academy Trust (DEMAT), is seeking to appoint a full‑time Premises Manager.

Pay Scale: £31,537 – £33,699

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Core hours: 8am – 4pm (some flexibility available).

Commencing: as soon as possible

About the Role

This role supports the school’s day‑to‑day operational maintenance, health and safety, and premises compliance. The Premises Manager will work full time, with specific working hours to be discussed.

About You

  • Have experience of working in a site support role, preferably within the education sector
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
  • Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
  • Be able to work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
  • Have a “can‑do” attitude and the ability to use initiative
  • Be able to work flexibly and professionally
