A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced Property Deep Cleaners to assist with end-of-tenancy property preparation.
This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in.
Duties include:
Full cleaning of unoccupied homes
Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces
Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal
Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors
Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections
Work Schedule
Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours
Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours
Pay & Benefits
£15 per hour
£18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies
Paid travel time where applicable
Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)
Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience
Ability to complete jobs independently
Own cleaning products and equipment required
Reliable vehicle or transport access
Very good English communication skills
