Requirements

- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience using IT service desk or ticket management systems
- Understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and resolve user issues efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and business system problems
- Prepare, configure, and recover equipment for new starters and departing employees
- Ensure meeting room technology and audiovisual equipment are fully operational
- Support IT improvement initiatives, upgrades, and deployment projects
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, records, and asset inventories
