Sales & Customer Service Assistant

Location: OL10 (Driving licence essential)

Pay: £14.00 per hour (£29,000 per annum equivalent) + Commission

We’re looking for reliable Sales & Customer Service Assistants to join our friendly team. If you enjoy helping customers, have good IT skills, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling inbound sales enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service over the phone and email
• Assisting customers in our small showroom
• Using Google Docs and other basic IT systems

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (including a 30-minute lunch break)
• One weekend day: Saturday or Sunday, 10:00am – 4:00pm
• You’ll have one weekday off plus one day off at the weekend, with the successful applicants deciding between themselves who works Saturday and who works Sunday.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• Good IT skills, particularly Google Docs
• A reliable, positive, and professional attitude
• Full UK driving licence (essential due to our remote office location)
