You will manage the commitments of the Hospital Director, ensuring key tasks and priorities are effectively managed and completed such as managing their dairy, preparing presentations, organising meetings, visits and venues, and taking minutes. You will also be responsible for all administration for Governance and Senior Management Team meetings and the administration of all complaints and feedback within the service. This is a varied and engaging role where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and expand your knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Effectively coordinating diaries, scheduling and administration for regular management meetings, including notetaking and action tracking.
- Ensuring effective administration of all complaints, compliments and feedback within the service.
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Producing presentations.
- Processing expenses, invoices and credit card reconciliation.
- Overseeing general administrative tasks – post, filing, dealing with telephone enquiries.
- Providing holiday and absence cover for other PAs/EAs as and when required.
- Undertaking any other tasks that are reasonable and align to your level of responsibility.
- Managing the director’s commitments including diary management, presentation preparation, meeting organization, venue booking and minute taking.
- Handling any additional responsibilities as required by the service.
Qualifications
- Experienced and proactive Personal Assistant/Lead Administrator with significant administration experience at executive and senior management level (Board experience an advantage).
- Highly organised with a friendly and professional approach.
- Able to anticipate and fulfil requests.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt writing style according to audience.
- Work positively and flexibly across a range of tasks simultaneously.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent diary and time management skills.
- Ready to work independently.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Enjoy supporting others, with a caring nature and resilience.
