Responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide proactive, high‑level support to five Directors, including two senior leaders, one overseas director, and another based in Wales.

  • Manage complex diary and inbox, coordinating meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
  • Process expenses, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support team coordination: onboarding new starters, organising meetings and events, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work occasionally outside standard hours and travel across the West Midlands and Cardiff when required

This is a long‑term contract where commitment is key, offering the chance to play an integral role in supporting senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Several years’ experience as a PA supporting multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong diary, inbox and travel management experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach, with ability to hit the ground running
  • Confident self‑starter comfortable managing competing priorities

Benefits

Competitive hourly rate of £18.46 plus holiday allowance (£21.05 total), working on a contract through May 2027 with potential for extension and a permanent opportunity.
