Responsibilities
- Operate tills and handle card/cash payments confidently.
- Serve fans quickly with a matchday smile.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully stocked kiosk area.
- Collaborate with teammates to keep operations smooth during peak times.
- Be the friendly face that fans remember after the final whistle.
Qualifications
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong communication skills.
- Confidence handling payment transactions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player who enjoys delivering great customer service.
- Reliable and willing to work on matchdays, including weekends.
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
Working Hours and Pay
Approx. 4 hours per shift on Saturday match days, with some mid‑week games. Pay: £13.45 per hour, paid weekly. All applicants must be 18 or older and commit to Reading FC home fixtures during the 2025/26 season.
