Conrad London St James, a luxury brand under Hilton, is located in Westminster and offers 256 rooms. The hotel has multiple dining outlets and event spaces. This position is with the Culinary Team responsible for food preparation and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular training sessions.
• Ensure all food preparation meets Hilton standards.
• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes.
• Set up mise‑en‑place for all relevant menus.

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
• Ability and desire to motivate the team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.
