Homelessness Support Worker & Empowerment Coach

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Bank Project Worker to provide support for customers who have faced homelessness. In this role, you will encourage independence and assess needs while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities include managing support plans and liaising with external support links. Candidates must have experience with homelessness and NVQ3 in Health and Social Care. The position offers flexible hours at locations in Kent.
