As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed. Responsibilities
- Support cleaning, opening and closing tasks
- Greet members and provide customer service
- Assist teams across club departments wherever needed

Qualifications and Skills
- Overall passion for customer service
- Team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Emergency Response Qualification desirable but not essential
