Lead Engineer

Your mission: Lead from the front, building greenfield systems from the ground up while setting the technical direction for your squad. You will embed AI, automation and best in class engineering practices into everything you deliver.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Tech Lead, leading small engineering teams
• Strong experience building scalable software using Node.js, TypeScript and AWS
• Hands on across full stack development, with strong API experience (GraphQL and REST)
• Cloud native mindset with exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Passion for code quality, TDD and modern engineering practices
• Strong mentoring capability, with the ability to guide and elevate engineers
