Decarbonisation Project Manager

Current vacancy for a Decarbonisation Project Manager for a leading housing provider.

This role is available on a fixed term basis until September 2029, salary £59k plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of the Wave 3 retrofit programme (approximately 400 homes over a 3‑year period), ensuring full compliance with DESNZ funding conditions and PAS 2035/2030;
• Maintain effective financial management and accurate reporting;
• Deliver programme outputs within agreed timescales;
• Achieve high levels of resident satisfaction and value for money;
• Apply strong governance, risk management and audit assurance practices;
• Act as an intelligent client, managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality retrofit outcomes.
