Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions, process orders, answer calls, and respond to emails.
- Support the Inside Sales Manager with tasks that help meet UK & Ireland business objectives.
- Support monthly objectives for revenue and new customer acquisition.
- Deliver exceptional account management, including generation of regular patient lists and renewals documentation.
- Deal with hospital/procurement related queries.
- Proactively follow up with hospitals to strengthen and grow relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce to organize daily activities and accurately record all customer interactions.
- Create reports using strong Excel skills.
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of Dexcom products and confidently handle enquiries related to self‑funded patients and their user journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in customer account management and inside sales.
- High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
- Proven track record of dealing with complex customer accounts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions and take initiative in a high‑pressure fast‑paced environment.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Familiarity with NHS, CCG, Health Boards and Foundation Trust structure.
- Knowledge of diabetes desirable; willingness to learn is a must.
- Suitable for a college leaver; full training will be provided.
- Must live within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
