Head of Revenues & Benefits Transformation (Hybrid)

Sandwell Council’s Finance Division is seeking a detailed Head of Revenues, Benefits and Transactional Services to provide strategic leadership from Oldbury. The role drives performance across Council Tax, Business Rates, Benefits, and related services within a hybrid working model.

The post holder will ensure legislative compliance, develop policy (including Council Tax Reduction), and lead a high-quality, customer-focused service for residents.
