Software Developer (.NET)
Location: Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH after probation)

The Role
As a Software Developer, you’ll play a key role across the full software development lifecycle, working with modern Microsoft technologies to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Designing and implementing software solutions in line with best practices
- Developing and maintaining applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs and SQL Server
- Participating in analysis, development, testing and deployment activities
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Taking part in code reviews and contributing to high coding standards
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and suggesting improvements
About You
We’re looking for a developer who enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a team.
You’ll Ideally Have
- 2 plus years’ commercial experience in software development
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC and Web APIs
- Solid SQL Server (MSSQL) experience, including writing efficient queries
- A keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem‑solving
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Confidence working with third‑party documentation and system integrations
