We are a Spanish restaurant in the heart of Chelsea and are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Manage and organize your section (mise en place)
- Supervise and support Commis Chefs and junior staff
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
