About us
Kingswood Surgery is located near the centre of Tunbridge Wells, on the Kent/East Sussex border, and is within easy access of the A21. It is a long established and friendly practice and has been established in partner‑owned premises at its present location since the early 1960s.
Kingswood surgery is a training practice with 3 partners and 6 salaried GPs. All supported by a paramedic practitioner, a strong nursing team together with exceptional reception and administrative support teams. A forward‑thinking practice serving approximately 11,000 patients with an overall CQC rating of GOOD. We utilise EMIS Web and Anima, providing a wide range of enhanced services.
Job responsibilities
To be responsible for the read‑coding of relevant information into the patient electronic healthcare records on EMIS Web clinical system, adhering to the practice coding policy. In addition, the post‑holder will also support the multi‑disciplinary team, providing administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the practice.

Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
