Flisher + Partners, a boutique property finance specialist, is looking for an experienced Lending Manager to join its London-based origination team. In this front-line role, you’ll focus on originating, structuring, and managing bridging and development finance transactions while fostering strong relationships with borrowers and intermediaries.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in property finance and must demonstrate the ability to assess development projects and manage transactions to completion. A performance-related bonus is also part of the package.
