  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience, with at least five (5) years at a senior level in multimedia/graphic design, and a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and motion/video work across major digital channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with industry tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and production‑ready file practices.

  • Proven ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline: prioritise work, negotiate scope, meet deadlines, and drive clarity amid ambiguity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to leaders and aligning cross‑functional teams on creative strategy.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or formally managing designers/creatives, including setting expectations, giving feedback, and improving team performance.
  • Creative direction, visual design, and motion design leadership.
