Deputy Manager – Altrincham
We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to support everyday nursery operations, build trust with families, and lead staff in accordance with EYFS standards.

How you’ll make a difference as a Deputy Manager
- Work alongside the manager to run the nursery smoothly.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families and collaborate with outside agencies.
- Guide and support the nursery team, keep children safe, and deliver the EYFS in engaging ways.
What a Deputy Manager needs
- Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
- Excellent understanding of EYFS.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Leadership experience within a nursery setting.
