Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is hiring a Customer Service Adviser for the Affinity GI team in Taunton.
As a Customer Service Adviser you will provide exceptional service and advice to clients, maintain retention, and achieve income targets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide professional support and advice to clients throughout the life cycle of the policy.
- Underwrite scheme policies within underwriting authority level and referral guidelines.
- Provide a proactive and responsive renewal service, retaining clients at renewal while promoting key selling features and liaising with insurers.
- Proactively maximise all business opportunities, generate leads, advise clients of potential coverage gaps and promote insurance reviews.
- Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, compliance and client focus.
- Work in a regulated, compliant and client‑focused environment and support the wider team.
- Demonstrate values of fun, supportive, professional, partnership, ambition, confidence and build rapport over the telephone to deliver an excellent client experience.
Qualifications
- Chartered Insurance Institute certificate in Insurance.
- Previous insurance experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Confident, motivated, target‑driven individual with excellent communication skills.
