Salary: £42,000 – 72,500 per year

Requirements

• We require a strong infrastructure engineering background across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• We require experience with Active Directory and Windows Server.
• We require experience with VMware and HPE infrastructure.
• We require experience across networking, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and SD‑WAN.
• We require experience with backups, disaster recovery, and security.
• We require experience with tools such as Veeam, Zerto, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• We require experience with Aruba networking technologies.
• We require strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• We require a customer‑focused and collaborative mindset.
• We require strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• We require the ability to balance BAU support and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• We lead infrastructure projects and technical escalations.
• We provide 3rd line infrastructure support.
• We support cloud, server, networking, and security environments.
• We manage backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.
• We support infrastructure modernisation and security improvement initiatives.
• We work with vendors and professional services partners.
• We produce high‑quality technical documentation.
