Overview

We are looking for an ICT Senior Applications Analyst to design, develop, implement, and support business solutions that align with our Group’s corporate and cloud applications and Microsoft technology stack.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and cost‑effective solutions.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into practical, technology‑based solutions.
  • Lead the design and architecture of solutions using Azure, the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server.
  • Ensure secure integration of systems and maintain system security best practices.
  • Oversee technology change projects, managing time, budget, and change control.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.

Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Microsoft platform experience across Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server.
  • Experience delivering technology change or projects with stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer‑focused approach with proven ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Experience

  • Relevant work within the Social Housing sector – knowledge of AccuServ and MRI Housing.
  • Working knowledge of DRS and Propeller systems.
