Priory Group is seeking a compassionate Senior Support Worker to join their team in Kilmarnock. The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours (22/33/44 hours per week) and a pay rate of £13.95 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting, possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature. The role includes supervising colleagues, assisting residents with personal care, and promoting independent living.
