Data Scientist – LABOUR PARTY

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement predictive models to analyze voter behaviour and election outcomes using Python and machine learning techniques.
• Develop and maintain robust SQL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources.
• Conduct statistical analyses and create visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Lead measurement and reporting of campaign progress, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data science, with strong programming skills in Python.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling, and data visualisation tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in a political or campaign environment is an advantage.
