What you’ll be doing

  • Work on product performance and process
  • Reporting and analysis tasks
  • Tech support for customers
  • Support innovation for engineering tasks
  • Perform root cause and corrective action as required
  • Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks
  • KPIs/metrics/data as required

Your skills

  • Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge/experience of electronics manufacturing
  • Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing
  • Can lead / participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes
  • Experience of various Manufacturing platforms
  • Technical presentation skills
  • Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company
  • Communication to all levels of the organisation
  • Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required
