Position
Food & Beverage Manager – responsible for steering the full spectrum of F&B operations, supporting commercial performance, cost control and superior guest service across multiple dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.
- Oversee multiple dining areas, maintaining and exceeding high service standards.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and facility upkeep.
- Monetary responsibilities such as budgeting, cost control and sales analysis to drive commercial performance.
- Monitor rotas and payroll and support team development, collaborating with senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Leadership experience in Food & Beverage management.
