Tim Pearson Electrical Ltd are looking to recruit a Level 3 Installation & Maintenance Technician Apprentice to join their team this September!

Tim Pearson Electrical Limited is a trusted local electrical contractor providing high-quality services to domestic, commercial, and industrial clients across the Furness area. We pride ourselves on delivering safe, reliable, and professional electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist qualified electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Learn and apply electrical principles under supervision.
• Carry out basic tasks such as cable preparation, conduit installation, and testing.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Attend college or training sessions as required to complete apprenticeship coursework.

Skills & Qualities

• A genuine interest in electrical work and willingness to learn.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of maths and science.
• Full UK driving licence (or working towards) is desirable.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to completing the apprenticeship.

Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
