Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every guest receives an excellent and memorable welcome and stays at the hotel with outstanding service.
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it reaches the guest’s bedroom promptly and is stored securely.
  • Plan and arrange local activities for guests, such as car‑culture, valet cleaning, and route planning.
  • Exceed all guest needs on every occasion.
  • Move furniture and set up rooms for events, maintaining five‑star standards.
  • Keep the lobby and surrounding areas spotless, polish reflective surfaces, and ensure they are dust‑free.
  • Maintain appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards established by management.
  • Provide support in other areas of the hotel as required.
  • Stay proactive during less demanding periods.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Possess a polite etiquette and impeccable grooming standards.
  • Hands‑on approach, always productive, and focused on improvement.
  • Passionate about hospitality and detail‑oriented, driving high standards.
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly, courteous, and helpful to guests and colleagues.
