About The Role
We have a great opportunity for someone to join the small CCTV team to provide comprehensive support to the CCTV Manager and CCTV operations. The post is varied, including ensuring the smooth operation of the office and technical functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out financial processes from creating purchase orders to processing invoices.
- Ensuring GDPR is complied with at all times.
- Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing meeting documents and arranging meetings, including minute-taking.
- Providing statistical reports.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the CCTV Manager in day-to-day operations.
This role will be based in Stevenage and may involve working at more than one site. You will work in a small, customer‑focused team.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to work in this role.
Requirements
- A GCSE in English Language and Maths.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- An awareness of Local Government functions.
- Excellent record‑keeping and computer skills (competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel).
- Ability to accurately manage financial processes.
- Ability to work to timescales.
- Interest in learning about public‑realm CCTV.
- Knowledge of GDPR and its application to CCTV.
