Palliative Care Lead End-of-Life & Discharge (Part-time)

Marie Curie Hospice, Glasgow is looking for a part-time Band 6 role, focusing on palliative care for patients approaching the end of their lives. This position involves proactive patient identification, ensuring supportive conversations, and collaborating with care teams for holistic assessments and treatment. The contract is for 22.5 hours per week, with working hours of 09:00‑17:00, Monday to Friday.

The salary ranges from £40,559 to £48,841 pro-rata per annum, with enhancements available. The role will be based in Cardiff and the Vale Hospice, along with community settings.
