About the Role
We are recruiting experienced professionals to support an exciting, time‑limited, high‑impact project focused on dementia awareness, training, and advance care planning in partnership with Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
Key Focus
This role is project‑based and delivery‑focused, and does not include full clinical caseload responsibilities. It centres on education, engagement, and influence.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dementia awareness and training sessions for non‑clinical staff
- Support the development and understanding of advance care planning conversations
- Act as an ambassador for Marie Curie’s dementia and end‑of‑life care work
- Attend events and conferences, presenting and sharing best practice
- Help raise awareness and promote the service across Wales
