Manufacturing Test Engineer- 78933

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Test Engineer on a 6‑12 month contract located in the West Midlands.

This role falls inside IR35.

If you have hands‑on experience maintaining and improving test cells, are comfortable in a high‑voltage environment, and fault‑finding is second nature to you, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• HVDC manufacturing & test
• Test cell support, maintenance & development
• Fault finding & root cause analysis
• HV environment – RA, FMEA, SSoW, LOTO

Requirements

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering
• 3+ years in manufacturing test facility maintenance
• Strong HV environment awareness
• Hands‑on with oscilloscopes, DMMs & power analysers
• NI LabVIEW & TestStand experience a bonus
