Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is recruiting Resolution Field Agents for flexible UK-wide work. You will conduct field visits to homes and businesses, resolve utility accounts, reconnect services, and assist customers facing financial difficulties. Training and ongoing support are provided. Opportunities to move into other roles exist.
