Nurse Deputy Manager – Lead Care Home Team

Bupa’s Deanwood Care Home in Brighton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee nursing care and mentor the team. You will develop and update individual care plans, maintain accurate medication records and ensure safe staffing levels at all times.

The role is a permanent, full-time position at 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional night or weekend work. Salary up to £55,702 per annum, depending on experience.
