We are looking for a Team Leader with a fantastic attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service. You must be experienced and passionate about delivering delicious food, and be prepared to train on the Woks so that you can both assist and supervise the back‑of‑house teams, as and when required. You will be the face of the store and assist your manager in leading and inspiring the team, promoting great teamwork to achieve exceptional results in food quality, sales, and profitability. You will put our customers’ happiness at the centre of everything you do, providing a dining experience packed with flavour, to every customer every time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team, promote teamwork to achieve food quality, sales, and profitability.
- Assist in training on the Woks, train and coach the back‑of‑house teams when needed.
- Act as the face of the store and assist the manager in leading and inspiring the team.
- Provide a dining experience packed with flavour to every customer consistently.
- Manage late‑night shifts up to 4am on select nights; flexibility is key.
Qualifications
- Vast experience in customer service.
- Background in Leadership & Management.
- Ability to train & coach a team.
- Problem‑solving skills and effective time management.
- Results‑driven – people, quality, service, environment, sales, and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands‑on, organized, self‑motivated, and high integrity.
